Sarah, Liam and the Steinbring Team are exceptional! Their dedicated Team does not go unnoticed. My husband and I have used them for over 10 years and now our children. When joining Steinbring Insurance, Sarah did a complete review of our insurance, and offered excellent advice. She tailored our home and auto coverage to completely meet our needs and costs. This was lower than other insurance agencies and she made sure we had complete coverage on everything we needed. On another occasion, a very special thank you to Liam for helping me personally with a claim. The care, detail, follow through of emails and phone calls was exceptional. Shane and the Steinbring team have been amazing to work with. When working on one of my claims they were diligent with follow ups to ensure everything was moving. If I ever had any issues getting a hold of the insurance company, Shane made sure to do the heavy lifting and reach out to me when things were resolved. Steinbring Insurance is a family owned and operated business that has worked with my family for almost 50 years! It started with my dad and his small business in the 70’s. And then when my brother and I got older, we started to get to know Don and his family. Our family has dealt with Steinbring Insurance for many, many years. Over the years we have needed their service often, in various ways. From claims, changes to coverage, you name it, we have had to do it. We have never had any issues and have been extremely happy in all aspects of their service. Steinbring Insurance has been my provider for both car and house insurance for about 40 years. During this time, Don and his family have treated our requirements with extreme care and always with regard to our best interests. They have phoned us to advise us of changes and opportunities (both to save money and to ensure proper protection of my families assets). This level of service is nearly impossible to find ANYWHERE. After moving to Alberta in 2012 we were very disappointed with the insurance rates and customer service we were receiving, until moving to Trestle Creek RV resort in 2019.
