Sarah, Liam and the Steinbring Team are exceptional! Their dedicated Team does not go unnoticed. My husband and I have used them for over 10 years and now our children. When joining Steinbring Insurance, Sarah did a complete review of our insurance, and offered excellent advice. She tailored our home and auto coverage to completely meet our needs and costs. This was lower than other insurance agencies and she made sure we had complete coverage on everything we needed. On another occasion, a very special thank you to Liam for helping me personally with a claim. The care, detail, follow through of emails and phone calls was exceptional. I will never forget how hard he worked and how dedicated he was with this particular claim. It is without hesitation that I highly recommend Steinbring Insurance for all your insurance needs.

Shane and the Steinbring team have been amazing to work with. When working on one of my claims they were diligent with follow ups to ensure everything was moving. If I ever had any issues getting a hold of the insurance company, Shane made sure to do the heavy lifting and reach out to me when things were resolved. This provided so much ease when dealing with something that could've been extremely stressful.

Steinbring Insurance is a family owned and operated business that has worked with my family for almost 50 years! It started with my dad and his small business in the 70’s. And then when my brother and I got older, we started to get to know Don and his family. Small business, home, auto, motorcycles- floods in basements, unfortunate break ins, new hot water heaters, accidents (not my fault, really 😉), you name it and Don and his crew were there to help us become whole again.
Their personal and professional service has been our go to place for all our insurance needs. They have advised me, personally, since my first clunker car(!) to my current motorcycle, auto and renters insurance. The bundling is worth it! Our family has dealt with Steinbring Insurance for many, many years. Over the years we have needed their service often, in various ways. From claims, changes to coverage, you name it, we have had to do it. We have never had any issues and have been extremely happy in all aspects of their service. Our family have been loyal customers of Steinbring Insurance for many, many years. Prior to working with Steinbring, we had another broker that worked with Economical Insurance for years, changed insurance companies that they worked with and when we had a small claim a few months later , they were going to more than double our rates. We then chose Steinbring as they were an Economical Insurance Agent, they could see our history of no claims and being a great customer and our premiums were actually less than with our previous broker.

Steinbring Insurance has been my provider for both car and house insurance for about 40 years. During this time, Don and his family have treated our requirements with extreme care and always with regard to our best interests. They have phoned us to advise us of changes and opportunities (both to save money and to ensure proper protection of my families assets). This level of service is nearly impossible to find ANYWHERE. If you need an insurance agent, I recommend Steinbring insurance - you won't regret being treated like part of their family!
After moving to Alberta in 2012 we were very disappointed with the insurance rates and customer service we were receiving, until moving to Trestle Creek RV resort in 2019. Preferred and highly recommended to us was Steinbring Insurance!! Customer service was above and beyond anyone else. We dealt directly with Sarah Steinbring. She made is so easy and stress free and fast! The rates were unbelievable , we are saving so much and with better coverage. My husband and I highly recommend Steinbring insurance.
